WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE CRUISE PRICE?
Food onboard the ship, including Dining, Room service, Buffet, Pizza, Burgers, etc.
All entertainment provided onboard by Carnival Cruise Lines. An itinerary is sent to your room every night to see the schedule of events the next day.
Rush Band ($280 value)
WHAT IS THE RUSH BAND FOR, DO I NEED IT?
The Rush Band is needed to attend private events onboard the ship and to receive discounts at any islands events hosted by RCISLANDESCAPE CRUISE.
There will be a total of 2 private onboard events: (3) TWO hour OPEN BAR events onboard, and (2) Island Parties. Please note -Island parties are a suggestion and are not mandatory to attend. The island parties are not private, if you do not have a rush band you can still attend however, any discounted drinks, transportation, entrance fees and/or food packages will not be available to you.
IS A PASSPORT NEEDED TO ATTEND THIS CRUISE?
A passport is not required for this event, but they are suggested.
If you are not traveling with a passport, a valid government issued picture identification and a certified birth certificate with seal is required. (MUST HAVE BOTH)
IS AIRFARE AND TRANSPORTATION TO THE CRUISE PORT INCLUDED?
You must provide your own transportation to/from Miami, FL and to the Cruise terminal. Carnival offers Shuttle buses and taxi cabs will be readily available at the Airport.
IS TRAVEL INSURANCE INCLUDED?
Travel Insurance is available for an additional cost. INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an insurance quote. Be sure to include your full address and birthdate and type of cabin. Please remember, if Travel Insurance is Not purchased, all monies paid are non refundable and non transferrable.
WHAT DOES INSURANCE COVER?
Carnival Travel Insurance Program reimburses losses for the following:
*Trip Delay: If you miss the departure of your cruise due to carrier-caused delays or other specified reasons, you will be reimbursed up to $500 for additional accommodations, meals and "catch-up" transportation expenses.
*Baggage Protection: If your baggage or personal property is lost or damaged, you will be reimbursed up to $1,500. If your bags are delayed or misdirected by a common carrier for more than 24 hours, you will be reimbursed up to $500 for the purchase of necessary personal effects.
*Medical Expense Coverage: Should you become injured or sick during your vacation, you will be reimbursed up to $10,000 for medical expenses related to an illness, or up to $10,000 for expenses related to an injury. This coverage is secondary to your primary health insurance. Medical expenses incurred on board must be paid out-of-pocket and submitted for reimbursement.
*Emergency Evacuation: In the event that serious illness or injury requires air or ground transportation to a specialized facility or to return home, you will be provided up to $30,000 in covered medical services and supplies (coordinated by our 24-hour assistance provider) to help ensure your safe transport.
DOES EACH ROOMMATE HAVE TO MAKE DEPOSIT AT THE SAME TIME?
It is best for each roommate to pay initial deposit as soon as possible to guarantee you are locked in at the current rates. Rates are subject to increase.
Reservations for the occupancy selected are confirmed once initial deposits are received from ALL listed roommates.
If all deposits are not received, your accommodations will be confirmed based upon the number of deposits received.
It is imperative to make sure your roommate’s payments are made in a timely manner. If your roommate does not make timely payments or decides not to attend, you will be required to pay a higher Occupancy Rate.
Payment plans are allowed as a convenience. Failure to make payments as agreed will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all monies paid.
Refunds will NOT be provided due to a roommate's cancellation.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES THAT WILL BE CHARGED DURING CRUISE?
-Gratuities of $90.65 per person are not included. You can pay once you board the ship. Carnival will automatically add the gratuity to your bill at the end of the cruise. This is a fee from Carnival not from RCISLANDESACPE CRUISE.
Alcoholic beverages, Soft Drinks and Water is not included in cost of the cruise. Carnival offers Beverage packages that can be purchased onboard the ship.
-Transportation to Island events is not included in the price.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY BALANCE?
An invoice will be sent showing your cruise breakdown, payments made and balance due.
All correspondence regarding this trip must be sent via email.
